Blow Undetected

The reason why you are getting the "Blow Undetected" error is because the internal mic didn't hear a change in your breath. Follow the steps on our breathing techniques video here: https://youtu.be/oU06cLwNlJM .

If you continue to experience issues, we recommend that you perform a Hard Reset. See steps below:

To do so:

1. Let the device prepare itself.
2. Press the Checkmark/Start button and hold it down for 13 seconds.
3. You will see the logo disappear and the screen go black.
4. Wait for 30 seconds.
5. Press the checkmark button once more for 3 seconds.
6. Please take a ketone measurement.
