Unable to Transmit Data to App

Perform a Hard Reset in order to resolve the issue, steps below:


  1. Open the app.
  2. Let the device prepare itself
  3. Press the Checkmark/Start button and hold it down for 13 seconds.
  4. You will see the logo disappear and the screen go black.
  5. Wait for 30 seconds.
  6. Press the checkmark button once more for 3 seconds.
  7. Please take a ketone measurement.
