Unable to Transmit Data to App
Perform a Hard Reset in order to resolve the issue, steps below:
- Open the app.
- Let the device prepare itself
- Press the Checkmark/Start button and hold it down for 13 seconds.
- You will see the logo disappear and the screen go black.
- Wait for 30 seconds.
- Press the checkmark button once more for 3 seconds.
- Please take a ketone measurement.
