How do I reset my device?

Are you experiencing issues like freezing or rapid battery drain with your Biosense® device? Resetting it can often resolve these problems. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to reset your Biosense® device:


Step 1: Turn off Bluetooth on your mobile device

Begin by opening the settings on your mobile device and turning off Bluetooth. This will ensure that your Biosense® device is not connected to your mobile device during the reset process.

Step 2: Power on your device

Now, turn on your Biosense® device. Make sure it's not connected to any other devices via Bluetooth.

Step 3: Set the device clock

When you reach the "Pair to the app" screen, you'll notice an option to set the device clock using the check/gear buttons. Press the check button to skip this step for now.

Step 4: Access the Menu

At the "Press Start Screen," press the Gear button. This will allow you to access the device's menu.

Step 5: Navigate to History

Using the gear button, scroll through the menu options until you reach "History." Once you've selected this option, press the check button to confirm your choice.

Step 6: Delete the History

Within the History menu, locate and select the option to delete the history. Confirm this action by pressing the check button.

Step 7: Perform a Hard Reset

Now, press and hold down the Checkmark/Start button for 13 seconds. This will initiate a hard reset of your Biosense® device.
